Zager & Evans

Rock-pop duo from Lincoln, Nebraska of the late 1960s and early 1970s named after its two , Rick Evans. They are best known for their 1969 #1 hit single "In the Year 2525", which earned them one-hit wonder status.
They did have two other songs in the Canadian top 100. 'Mr. Turnkey' reached number 48, and 'Listen To The People' reached number 96.
