Composer and accordion player, recorded with Paul Simon, among others. He wrote 180 songs and released 11 albums as a leader, such as ‘No Forró Eu e Ela’ (1986) e ‘Machucando Gostosinho’ (1987), both for EMI, and ‘Forró Rasgado’ (2000), for the Atração Fonográfica label.
