Richard Russell

Richard Russell (born 18 March 1971 in Dollis Hill, London) is the owner of British record label XL Recordings.

After leaving school he DJed on pirate radio and worked for the Nick Halkes quit, Russell became manager of the whole label.
When owner Tim Palmer, retired, Russell took full control of the label.
