Went bankrupt in 1958 and was bought by Ducretet Thomson.
The catalog was sold to Pathé Marconi EMI in the 1970s

The label was d with the Belgian label Alpha (34). They have a similar logo and a number of recordings have appeared on both labels.

For some time, the label was represented in the US by Vox and in Italy by RCA Italiana
