Primarily behind manufacturing and distributing cassettes in Argentina for BMG and dealing other companies & subsidiares of RCA and Bertelsmann. Operated in conjuntion with BMG Ariola Argentina S.A.. The company seems to have been independent between 1983 and 1986, when it was adquired by Bertelsmann Music Group (or it's originators Berterlsmann or RCA). Both company and factory were phased out somewhere between 1998 and 1999.
