i like all the packaging and all that, but wheres the simple black 2xLP at 😭✌️ 33rpm -

Sound quality is absolutely fantastic! The packaging is very cool and interesting, the vinyls are double sleeved. The sleeves are quite tight it is a bit of a hassle to get the sleeve with the vinyl in it out of the other protective sleeve took me a minute or two for each vinyl to get it out. I wasn’t quite sure how I’d feel about it being on 4 10’’ vinyls but it’s super funky and unique which I feel suits this album quite well but you will be doing a lot of flipping and switching out vinyls which I find does mess up the flow of the album quite a bit. I did have a few problems with my copy, the first sleeve was significantly damaged on the bottom right corner fresh out of the shrink and the first two vinyls were warped to a decent extent. The other two vinyls had small warps. None of this affected sound/play quality but it is something to consider before picking this up, although I do feel this may have been a rare case with mine as no one else has reported having this issue on here. I definitely think this is worth picking up if you’re a big Thundercat fan or really like this album and want to add something unique to your collection. If you are looking for a seamless and easy listening experience I do not recommended it. All that being said I am very happy with it and it is definitely now one of my favourite pieces in my collection. Hope this helps and isn’t too over detailed.

Anyone else wishes for a non-morons edition of this album?
Two black twelve inches records spinning at thirty-three would be ideal.
The music is amazing, but I'm not very fond of overly-complicated pressings. -
The music is just fantastic buutttttttt whoever made the packaging and these awful paper sleeves inside each other should go to prison

I always thought the spread across 4x10" was so stupid, but I don't think a record has gotten this much attention from me in a while.
It is a delight to play, and sounds fantastic. -
Sounds amazing! My first 45RPM record, and that was interesting. Really love how bass sounds. Really deep and groovy. Vocals are cool too, they are flying from left to right.

Anybody able to give details about sides E & F having been re-cut for this reissue? Wondering if someone has both versions and would be able to comment on the sound difference. Thanks

“Tokyo” has some extra sound effects that I never heard before on the original album stream. Kendrick’s verse on “Walk on By” was very sibilant on my copy. Everything else sounded excellent! One of the best albums of all time -

The second disc has its little skips here and there, but it's a great listening. The whole deal of changing every 10 minutes or so adds to the charm.
