Revisited this pressing recently. I'm a bit disappointed to be frank. High-bass/low-mids sound especially muddy, bass is imprecise, and there's a constant hissing on the right channel throughout all sides. I believe the special edition with the white records was cut from the same lacquer as it sounds virtually identical to this master.

A shame really. It's my favourite album from the band and I prefer to listen to the CD since there's no constant hiss. I'm holding very little hope for a 15th anniversary remix of some sorts, but a man can dream.

A great album from a great band.
I can confirm this pressing sounds so GOOD it’s easily one of the best sounding LP I have.

I bought a re-issue version with barcode 093624963332 from amazon and it is not in discords

Incredible album and incredible pressing. I am sad that it took me so long to explore this album, and could not believe what an audiophile tour de force this pressing is.

This is for sure one of the greatest-sounding records on my shelf right now.

It sounds good, although a bit bass heavy.

My copy is slightly warped but that doesn’t affect playback.

absolute fucking masterpiece of an album. should be hailed as one of the greatest of all time, but will forever be overlooked due to how polarizing it was upon release. this is linkin park's kid A, except instead of being minimalist and intentionally confusing, they go full maximalist and ambitious. incredible story this thing tells. gorgeous soundscapes and the constant feeling of impending doom because of the concept of nuclear war. chefs kiss. mwuah

incredible pressing too. if you enjoy this album i cannot recommend this release enough. worth every cent, and still would have been if i paid twice the price i did for it.
