Scorpions – Animal Magnetism

German pressing sounds the best. The UK is flat and veiled in comparison.

This is a classic album my favourite Scorpions, but maybe that’s because it was the first I ever bought ?

This is quite a good pressing . almost clean mastering and balanced sound . recommended pressing .Black translucent vinyl and that special scorpions obi is a plus .

Absolutely crackerjack pressing! Powerful cut by whoever mastered this.

I have yet to do a proper A/B of this verus the American pressing on Mercury inherited from my father, but this pressing has made a strong impression.

This German reissue sounds strong, very fresh and crisp. Well done by EMi, Electrola, Harvest.

Awful sounding LP, with all the fidelity of an AM-radio. Avoid...

Appears to be pressed on virgin vinyl or possibly Quiex vinyl (can shine a light though it and see red streaks).

This pressing sounds terrible, so much compressed and quiet vocals

Regardless of what is said, for me personally THIS is the greatest album by them 😊 The title song is still one of their best compositions. If you saw what's-her-gorgeous dancing to it in the film 'THE WRESTLER' you'll see what I mean 😁 Funny, that this album is almost never mentioned...
