yes, it's a nice remaster/reissue. the grey vinyl looks nice. the pressing is flat and mostly silent. maybe i need to clean and play it a few times more. soundwise it's very pleasing and well done and a gatefold cover is always a nice extra. only thing i have to criticize is the really narrow groove at the beginning of every side. it is very difficult to get the needle on the right spot.

This press suffer of lack of bass and has a low overall sound.

It’s incredible but the remaster CD version sounds better than the original LP pressing

The soundtrack to Pirates of the Caribbean lol but all seriousness this album is excellent and when i first was introduced to the band my initial thought is that the music will be corny and childish but i was so wrong and this album here is nothing short of Epic Metal at its best 4.5/5

I have cancelled my pre-order after Ive heard CDP 7933242, CDEMC 3568 (1989) CD non-remaster with correct matrix Versus NOISE2CD029 (2017) 320kpbs mp3 full 17 songs, side by side on the same amplifier. I have to normally compare physical presses together, but It's oftenly too obvious, like in this case. Like on the other 2017 remasters of their other albums, the sound is boosted keeping half the tight middle and the raging sensations. FDR or remastering is a fashion among a lot of people, so it seems that they're making more money this way. It's unfortunate for us that vastly prefer the sound that you have the crank to maximum volume to get the juice out of it. Especially when It's bands like gamma ray, running wild, grave digger, It's always a huge let down to see that only remasters are on the presses and almost all the non-remasters are discontinued.
