Eric Clapton – Journeyman

I bought this album when the single Bad Love was in charts and was originally disappointed that the whole album was not in the same vein. So until now, this LP has been largely unplayed and unloved for decades. Gave it a chance play through this week and can now appreciate the range of tracks and the quality of the musicians. Quite a nice blend of styles, and the production on this issue is clear, crisp and punchy.

Complete nonsense is written: "It should also be noted that the Russian LP is missing three songs, the order of remainder has been changed and one song from side 1 has been moved to side 2."

The author has never held a disc in his hand :-)
On the cover is many errors.

As others have said this is a great pressing. Really nice, full bottom end without sounding bloated. Not sure where it’s pressed but extremely quiet. Someone else used the word “revelation”. As someone who had the CD on repeat in the 90’s I can agree.

muy buena reedición de la nación, viene con bolsas internas en vez d sobres. suena muy muy bien. dinamico, buena separación, la voz por momentos algo lejos pero no lo comparé con el original.

Great little box set for an even greater album, and I like to believe that 45 rpm records sound better!

Just awesome! Not only is the cover top notch, but the mastering and pressing is beautiful.

Tested this against the single LP original cut from . This copy wins hat’s down. Masterfully mastered by Chris Bellman. Honestly his unplugged 2LP sounds better than the Mofi one-step. Keeping this selling the single LP. This is cut at 33.

Cut by Chris Bellman (who never disappoints), this was a revelation to me, I’d only heard the spatially flat CD. Cut over 4 sides at 33, this is a great release.

Este disco es mi favorito de Clapton, lo obtuve en navidad y al escucharlo supe que es una edición extraordinaria. Suena de maravilla. Me gustó mucho la presentación del disco y el interior. Está hermoso. No sé quién ha sido la productora encargada de realizar la remasterización pero está muy bueno.
