Edited 7 years agoThe label print quality is slightly faded. The trumpet sound has a rattle (sibilance?)when it hits the highest s, and the record is a bit noisy - enough to qualify as a bootleg? Although good sound quality AND most of all, it doesn't have a matrix number in the deadwax. So it's a bootleg, and it has the same index as the main release it seems.

Bootleg. I find it highly unlikely that Universal who own the Pathe catalogue would go to all the trouble just to make 250 copies available.. I recon these come from the same source as the Rendell/Carr and Rendell/Carr/Ardley boots which have thankfully been banned from sale on Discogs
