The friend zone anthem! Probably Biz Markie's biggest song. The harmony of the track would be used by Hardcore producer, Rob Gee, and his big hit song, Ecstacy You Got What I Need. It's the first time I heard Yo Mama jokes. But Biz was dropping some serious knowledge on the ladies, fame and fortune and helping out Nike before Michael Jordan. He gave a lot of young rappers a chance to be successful, most notably Big Daddy Kane. One of the best beat boxers up there with Razhel and Doug E Fresh.
On July the 16th 2021, Marcel Theo Hall aka Clown Prince of Hip Hop aka Biz Markie ed away at the age of 57. Rest In Peace.
