Edited 13 hours agoExcellent album. I got this in my father in law’s collection and took the opportunity to listen to it all the way through for the first time. Try and Love Again is the standout track for me.

Recently grabbed a copy of this pressing and can confirm with other comments regarding the quality. I also own an original Canadian and Japanese pressing, and out of those two, the Japanese was superior, although the highs are a bit brighter than I am used to. This Lee Hulko cut is truly incredible and while I haven't heard the MOFI or other audiophile versions, I'm not sure how they could sound better than this. -
2001 SACD. Superb audiophile disc. The soundstage is expansive with so much space for the instrumentation to shine. The clarity is stunning with a beautiful shimmering top end and solid bass anchoring the production. The album sounds stellar and is a real treat for the ears.

The mastering on this pressing courtesy of Lee Hulko is superb! Guitars & vocals sound so clear & lifelike it's ridiculous. Henley's drumkit is perfect. Lots of energy & terrific bass, with a holographic soundstage par excellance. -

This is an awesome mastering (Lee Hulko) and pressing. Cut hot with a big sound stage, separation and dynamic. Good luck finding a better pressing, this was done right the 1st time.
