Edited one month agoThe listening is AMAZING! Much better than a CD, Just the pitch that seems not to be exactly 33 1/2, to me seems a little up. Unfortunately the dialogue that occurs between "When Your Eyes Say It" and "Dear Diary" is not present on the vinyl.

The first one I bought from this series of Britney LPs (the swirl, clear and splattered ones). Oops sounds great on vinyl, a pretty great remaster. This version, imo, is the most beautiful color-wise, very appealing and fits the original aesthetic so well.
To hear Stronger, What U See and Don't Go Knockin (...) on LP has an extra punch to it :) -
Good pressing, punchy and bright! The layered teen pop production sounds a lot warmer here versus the CD. I didn’t notice any distortion on side A, apart from a little compression on “Lucky”. Color-way is unique and beautiful, compliments the aesthetic well! Print quality is superb, no upscaled images.

OK Britney Army, eat me, but "Lucky" sounds a little thin at the end... why not bump it and its beginning interlude to the start of side B? Otherwise, yeah, this sounds pretty good. Jacket is, once again, too flimsy for the preciousness it contains.

Both Urban Outfitters pressings of ...Baby One More Time were superb, so I'm not surprised to find that this one is up to par with those. The artwork is nice and doesn't look like a up-scaled CD booklet scan, which is a problem with a lot of modern re-issues. The sound quality is fantastic and helps showcase the many layers of Max Martin and co's production work. I might've prefered a solid purple to the marble swirl, but that's just me being picky.
My only real complaint is that only two of the three interludes are included on here. The spoken interludes that precede "Satisfaction" and "Lucky" remain intact, but the one before "Dear Diary" ('oh my god, did you guys KIIIISSS?') is missing. It's not a huge loss, but as someone who's listened to this album probably a thousand times since I was 6, it's not the most welcome change. I don't understand why they'd remove one if they were keeping the other two. Besides that, well done UO/Legacy! Now we just need the rest of her discography...
