How is it I have never heard THIS audio angel...She serves up a double album with cut after cut of lilting spiritual sounding music that makes you want to kill all the lights and settle back and let your ears do all the work...She pens her own tunes and the overall look of the LP with the enclosed booklet is dark and foreboding, as is her music...Angel has already visited audio heaven and this album verifies that issue...Now I am so glad I scored this one... -
I got that yesterday, mint and sealed. I was dissapointed at first listening as to me it sounded kind of muddy and very quiet. I had to up my volume to 40 to be able to discern the vocals and the different instruments. I play the record and a spotify streaming simultaneously to my Marantz PM7000n at the same volume and the streaming was 50% louder - and much clearer - than the vinyl. I don't know if this is how it supposed to sound or I got a bad copy. I'll give it some more listenings but so far, not happy. The packaging is excellent and I received the edition with the signed poster as well. -
This record is pure listening pleasure: flat discs, totally quiet , sound is deep and defined. The strings especially are absolutely stunning in their richness. Sleeve and inserts simply beautiful. Recommended!

Love this album but my pressing is pretty warped, particularly on the first record. It's most notable on Lark because of the volume dynamics on that track. A shame cause it looks pretty awesome.

I’ve had two copies now, and both have had some distortion at the end of Lark, like a pressing flaw. Anyone else having this issue? This album is cut pretty loud anyway.

Recently picked up the crystal vinyl version from Amoeba on Sunset. Its 2lps at 33rpm. The sound wasn't great, almost like it was mastered for ITunes. A lot of distortion and breakup when it gets loud and a little thin sounding. Side 2 of My Woman is an incredible experience on vinyl, and musically All Mirrors is mind blowing, so was a little disappointing with this pressing. Packaging is beautiful with a lovely poster and booklet included.

What's the deal with this pressing? Is it an indie exclusive or something? Wasn't for sale from Secretly or publicized as much as the others as far as I could tell. Only places I could find it are US/European online stores.

Little to no surface noise, amazing and vibrant soundstage, clear detail, beautiful packaging and inserts. 10/10 album and pressing. I would highly recommend picking it up.
