pressed up a good few thousand of thousand i presume... without too much quality control ....hence the late copies getting worse...

don't know why people say this is an amazing repress b/c it's not: i have considerable surface noise on the Luniz side & this was a brand new unused vinyl. This was after cleaning too.

Two very fine, rap tracks here, for the price of one. On the A-Side, is the nice and classic song, that is called "Regulate" which sees Warren G and Nate Dogg trading their lyrics over a laid back, G-FUNK beat, rhyming about the importance of regulation, which is very good as my mam says it is so vital to have enough fibre in your diet, so as to be "regular" and avoid constipation. On the other side (the B-Side) the Luniz (featuring Michael Marshall) weigh in with "I've Got 5 On It", which is another outstanding song, this time about ensuring you are following the dietary advice provided by the government's health department, that is to consume 5 portions of fruit or vegetables per day (which will also deliver the fibre you need to regulate your bowel movements, and avoid fecal impaction).
