Edited 3 years agoA lot of stuff on DJax at this time (this isn't a critique) was sparse/aquired taste, but this is classic/melodic deep house/techno and still stands as a quality release today (IMHO). Future Shock is a top quality tune, but it's 'Real Space' and 'May Day' that really roll. Determined, climbing, ascending, warm and 'friendly' pumping deep house...reinvigorating sounds to cradle tired bodies to second winds, deep sounds you should not be without!

Classic and super good Glenn Underground material.
Like with his "The Unborn" release on Djax, the sound quality on this 12" is occasionally pretty lo-fi. It wouldn't surprise me if some of the tracks were made in his Chicago Underground days in '90-91, they use the same kind of sounds and the sound quality indeed matches those releases:)
Nevertheless: ESSENTIAL GU release. If you dig the whole Chicago Underground/Bad boys/Armando-Warehouse/Joe Lewis-Target/Tim Harper-scene, you'll like this record.
"Madzone" =insane deep track classic.
