Hey guys,
Is Vocal Session Grieghallen, April 30th - May 2nd 1993 (H1-I2) equivalent to „Life Eternal“ which was recently re-released again as stand-alone disc (on vinyl as well as on cd) and previously as pic.LP?
Regards -
Any chance that this cut of the album will be released in standalone form? Otherwise I'll just go for the BOB pressing instead
-
Edited 4 years agoThe two "different" rehearsals are actually the same recording and no one above below to notice that? That's what I call a quality scam :D
-
My boxset arrived to the US from Denmark with zero problems. All vinyl was in perfect condition and sounds excellent (as excellent as some of it can sound considering it sounds terrible lol). The presentation and quality of this set are amazing. I highly recommend picking this up if you can find it!

Quick question. On the Instrumental Rough Mix, the sound on the first song, fades out sometimes. Does this happen to you also? Is it because of the recording?
-
Got mine by normal mailorder in and i guess i was lucky, no warps, no scratches, no seam splits.
So for me the set is a 12 out of ten! -
Box arrived in good condition for me. There is slight signs of ringwear on the back of the main album but very minor. There's also two small seam splits on two of the extra LPs but again, I can live with this.
Considering the appalling condition some people have gotten their boxes in I am 97% happy with mine. -
Edited 4 years agoI was afraid after all this reading, but wery pleased with my boxset. No issues, no damage, great big book and the main gatefold record with booklet sounds beautiful as Hell
-
Edited 4 years agoNew DMDS XXV master sounds fantastic. Of note: that portion of the set has its own UPC. Would certainly suspect that it would get re-released as a stand-alone product at some point soon.
