Out of all the recent half-speed remasters of the Rolling Stones, Black and Blue and Tattoo You are the standouts. I'm not a remaster fan in general and I'm not suggesting either pressing is some sort of revelation to listen to. However if you don't have original (or early) copies of either, these are both definitely more than acceptable, and worthy repressings.

This one sounds great and I wasn't expecting something that sounded better than a UK cut.

This 2020 reissue sounds great. Pick it up if you can. You won´t regret it. Very clean vinyl. Dynamic sound. Really good pressing. It is the same as the issue in the 2018 box set but sold individually in 2020.

My copy has 2018 as year of release. Nowhere on packaging does it have 2020.
In fact, even this photo above has 2018 if you break out the magnifying glass.
Even on a fairly soft track as the classic "Fool To Cry" the vinyl remains a quiet spin.
