The liner notes mention 10 copies were originally made in 1995. Maybe one day we'll see that entered in here.

very good album .. not as good as Sessions but otherwise excellent- Sound and pressing are also good/great

First of all, the two vinyls sound fantastic. Cleanly processed and no annoying background noise. Also excellently mastered, clean bass, detailed mids and no scratchy highs. You feel transported back to the 90s, when the ElectronicDanceScene was the absolute hype. Still, the music sounds modern. Already one of my (many) favorite records. Highly recommended.

doesn't it fit perfectly with the relaxedness of the k+d sound and the guys behind it that their debut album is released only after 25 years?! of course it sounds like from another time. no matter, it's wonderful to listen to... instant classic!
-
Edited 4 years agoCompletely underwhelming. They could have put more effort into production and not just release some old dat tapes which have ideas that were fleshed out elsewhere and ideas that are incomplete.
-
Edited 4 years agoAnybody know why this is so delayed for wide release in the USA? I ordered it from Amazon back in November but then it was delayed and not even any of my local indie stores have it.
-
Edited 4 years agoa stellar release with K+D quality trademark; enjoyed it from the first listen... a blast from the past... another time, another dimension.. different zeitgeist.. I guess we were younger, kinder, and more naïve back then? perhaps even those born a bit later can feel that through this sonic time portal (especially, somehow, the last track does it for me; although radio transmission seems to be a recent recording). I can't imagine anything coming out today to sound this classy, uplifting, unhurried and soulful. Unearthed from the archives & released right in the time when we crave for something to uplift our spirit so bad. Future classic? Who knows, but seems very likely. Thank you K+D!

The birds in D1: One Break; Could it be that this is a sample taken from Cirrus Minor (The Pink Floyd, Soundtrack From The Film More)?
-
Edited 4 years agoGreat looking, high quality jacket. Also nice to see good quality sleeves used for a release like this too, too. Sounds awesome too—clean, clear and with pronounced bass, much like the K&D Sessions reissue (which is a real gem itself).
-
Great album obviously, but unfortunately my copy has a pressing error/mark halfway the C1 track 'Morning'. First a few loud pops and then a skip. Does anyone else's copy have this as well?
