Edited 4 months agoFound this in Hamilton, Ontario for $16 CAD. A few pops here and there but nothing serious. This is an incredibly dynamic record. I have no other pressing to compare this to but it blew my face off and sounded amazing.

j'ai un king crimson - lark's tongues in aspic - fabrication N°2310520 Que je ne trouve pas dans la base; peut-on le mettre à jour ?

Edited 2 years agothis UK first sounds very warm, powerful, dynamic and detailed. the bass on this record makes you want to become a bass player even if you already have. the dynamics and the soundstage are very immersive. the record was mastered - and the infamously distorted original mastertape partially saved - by a very good person who'd put in many years of ion for their job. because of the record's staggering dynamics, please save more money for this and get it as close to mint as you can. it's expensive but you'll hear why.

Quite literally one of the very best sounding LP's I have ever heard. The dynamics, the soundstage and level of musical detail are astonishing. You've never truly heard this album until you've heard this pressing. Buy it now.
