Edited 2 years agoI think it sounds perfect. I didnt do the most critical initial test but it sounded head and shoulders above many other metal records I've played on that stereo setup. I did an A/B test best as I could vs. the original CD and Rob sounds identical, great soundstage, only thing I think may be different is the bass is better (only issue I ever had with the original was it could be fatiguing and top heavy).
The artwork looks terrific (someone on the 2017 reissue reviews said theirs was blurry, I dont find that to be the case here at all, though it's also matte), and the red marble is very slick. No issues with noise or manufacturing at all. -
Not too bad for a reissue. Red /black vinyl looks amazing, but sound is quite quiet (need to turn volume up) and doesn't have much bass.
Otherwise a nice pressing! -
Good pressing, sounds great for a translucent record. Printed inner and an old school feel to the sleeve, for what I paid at JB, I can’t complain.
