The disc cutter turntable is driven at 16⅔ rpm, and the master tape is played at exactly one-half the actual recorded speed. This half-speed disc cutting method allows the cutting stylus twice as much time to carve an accurate groove. Because our entire transfer chain (from tape deck to cutting head) is transformless,... We do not employ limiting or compression. We recently incorporated the Ortofon master disc cutting system... Our plating... Currently, the Victor Co. of Japan (JVC) performs this most arduous task... The Victor Co. of Japan (JVC) is the sole producer of this vinyl and also presses our discs.

I will chime in and mirror all of the other glowing comments. Without a doubt, the BEST vinyl I own. It has it all. Just a glorious pressing of Supertramp's finest and most consistent album. This is the one I play to show people why I like vinyl!

Puts a smile on my face every spin, one of the better sounding mfsl releases and one of the best sounding records I own. -
This is simply stunning, found this mint in the wild for $25 and couldn’t it up. Sounds incredible, it’s one of those pressings that just jump out of the speakers and each instrument has its own space in a 3d landscape. This is the best I’ve ever heard this album by a long shot. -
I found a copy for $20 sometime in 2018. The cover is best to hell but the vinyl looks and sounds amazing. One of my fave discs in my collection.
