I know this got slated a bit on release, but Subterranean Jungle has always been one of my favourite Ramones albums. It felt like they had developed a little, moved on slightly....yet still delivering what we expected from the Ramones. The guitar loudly swoops and soars, bass throbs away, the drums clatter 'n' crash....while Joey croons and shouts over the top of it. It all sounds louder, bigger, better, more. Great stuff. This pressing is getting harder to find now, but hunt down a copy, its well worth it.
