I just picked up a new copy (must be a new run?) and it sounds freaking amazing! So glad to finally have this on vinyl after all these years.

Edited one year agoi thought this was the re-cut from j golden. was that ever gonna happen or is this it? looks like david cheAppa did disc one while disc 2 looks and sounds like the old Greg Lee plates...
-
Edited 2 years agoLP1 is missing the run-out grooves and “Mike’s Car Jam” on side B, just like the 2008 pressing. I’ve seen an Instagram post from Golden Mastering doing a new cut some time in early 2022 but I don’t know if this pressing is from that.
-
My copy is more coke bottle green than clear. I purchased this from SST in 2022. Spotlessly clean record and silent.
-
Does this version have Mr Robots Holy Orders, Little Man With a Gun in His Hand and Ain’t Talkin’ Bout Love? I’ve heard a few of the later represses were mastered from the cd.
-
If you still want this (and 200 people do) the SST store has it in a bundle with the Joy 10” and Paranoid Time 7” plus a T-shirt for $85 right now.
