I've got a version of this whose side 2 is not Judas Priest, but the side 2 from British singer/songwriter Ian Gomm's "What a Blow." Both albums were released in 1980, and I'm assuming they were probably pressed in the same year, at a pressing plant in Ontario, in this case.
