Edited 18 years agoZanzibar. The capital of Tanzania, a small island off the coasts of eastern Africa. A beautiful place indeed since the beginning of time. "Zanzibar". An Italo Disco song by Helen, off of the Discomagic record label. Written in 1985 and still being loved in 2007. I think that Helen's voice is beautiful and I also think that this is one of the finest songs on the Discomagic label. "Love is up in Zanzibar .. deep down in Africa." How can you go wrong with such a fine little line?
