On behalf of those whose copies are OK. I'd like to say that I imagine that positive experiences far outnumber the negative ones. Peeople who have had no problems won't comment, but those with negative comments will. This is true of all things. I worked in music retail for 20 odd years and found that amongst our most loyal customers, those who had a bad experience were outnumbered by about 200 to 1 who didn't respond. OK, so you may have had a bad pressing. How many of you need to buy a new stylus? Have you exceeded the recommended 100 hours use before replacing? Do your expectations exceed the outcome? I've listened to 4 different copies of this LP and all of them were perfect. OK, so I imagine that some people were maybe expecting a wildly different sound, the Weatherall mixes are more subtle than that.
