This is the initial 1st release with proof of purchase Ozzy logo to cut out on the OBI for a "chance to win an Ozzy handkerchief" campaign which expired in October 1991. After October all CDs were issued without that Ozzy logo on the back of the OBI.

Similar to repress Ozzy Osbourne = Ozzy Osbourne - No More Tears with same cat.no. SRCS 5580 but with SMJ on CD mould hub.

Issued in a standard jewel case with a 28-age booklet and obi.
The cat# is listed as SRCS 5580 on the obi, back cover, spines and disc face, and as CS 5580 in the booklet.
