Outstanding pressing, glad that they fixed most of the quality issues that plagued Pang. The sleeve is sturdier, the poster is amazing. The pressing itself is beatiful and plays well, no pops and clicks. A lovely release

Copy listened in a Garrard 301. No noise, no pops and is very well mastered with very good dynamic range, even sounding better than digital.

Edited 5 months agoMy copy is really good!! The sound is very clear and crisp, and this is subjective but I find the mastering on the vinyl so much better than on streaming especially on the first few tracks

Fantastic music and a beautiful looking record. Sadly it has a ton of noise and skips quite a bit on Blood and Butter. No amount of cleaning seems to address the skip. Really wish this was a normal black record so I could enjoy the actual music.

I too seem to have a copy plagued with surface noise, and I cleaned it before even playing it. Definitely seems to be a problem with the press itself, because I was able to consistently replicate the static and pops in the exact same places in songs. Sometimes mine sounds flawless - Hopedrunk Everasking sounds crystal clear for the most part, despite being probably the most sparse, minimalistic track on the album. But the noise is coming through particularly strong on Crude Drawing Of An Angel, and even cuts through the break percussion in Fly To You, overwhelming the first leg of the song. Going to ask my retailer if I can get a replacement and pray I get lucky like some others here have.

copy sounded fine when I first played it (I probably just wasn't listening that well). Now Its got a bunch of staticky surface noise even after cleaning.

Had some problems initially with skipping. Cleaned it. Completely spotless from the copper color (almost looks like amber, probably intentionally) to the music itself. If that's any motivation for anyone looking to take a spin, do it, clean, clean, clean!
