Beyoncé – Cowboy Carter

Although I'm not happy that this is not the full album, it's still sounds really good and I really do like the our cover art. The red 180g looks great, and I have no problems with the quality of the pressing. But this really should have been the full album for how much it cost

A flawless album. The tracklist being a QR code kinda pissed me off though… but overall it plays very well. I love the alternate version of “II Hands II Heaven”! Wish all the songs were included

Beautiful cover art, but that’s about the only good thing about this release. This is obviously an earlier version of the album, when it was probably called Beyincé, and is missing tracks because of it. I’m guessing they already had these pressed and didn’t want to recall them. Which is fine, but it would’ve been nice to know before ordering. Pressing looks flawless but has many clicks and pops, something I’ve never experienced with a Beyoncé record before. Finally, it’s pressed too quietly, very few other records in my collection need to be put up to the volume this one does. Overall, a mediocre release.

P.S. Beyoncé’s store is terrible. My copy arrived with seam splits on the top of both wings of the cover, and I considered asking for a replacement before hearing the horror stories other people went through with no possibility of refund or replacement. Be thankful if your record showed up in one piece.

The whole (27song) album is now in an official release. She done her fans dirty. How can she release a half baked version of the album first. Smh

First off this album is ground breaking. It’s a blended and intertextual journey through a genre that whilst familiar is executed with grace. I had to give this the score due to the delivery. As a collectors the beautiful gatefold is slightly damaged from its journey and it took forever to arrive. Should have just done my best to find an in store copy.

My copy sounds really good. Very quiet with no surface noise or other issues. While I was at first very upset about the missing tracks, I've kinda come to appreciate this as an early version of the album. It's definitely a more country focused version, and is an interesting piece of Beyoncé history. That said, I do hope that she will release the full version on vinyl soon. I need my "Spaghettii" and "Ya Ya" on vinyl as well!

Aside from the missing tracks. Similar to my Renaissance copies, the vinyl has tons of unfortunate surface scratches and scuffs that does affect play on some songs. While it doesn’t come through that much, it is still apparent and saddening that such beautiful music is riddled with unwanted and distracted noise.
Other than that, the music comes alive on vinyl and even contains a lot of hidden features that the digital version doesn’t including longer tracks and hidden adlibs.

Hope we can the full album on vinyl so I can transcend with YA YA!

the sound quality is amazing like BEYINCÉ WE LOVE U

Even though it has missing tracks, this is truly a collectors item and most likely won’t get pressed again. Plus the extra vocal runs she’s singing that isn’t added on streaming services on II hands II heaven makes it special. Overall, sound quality is great and delivered in perfect condition.

This release is an insulting cash grab. Aside from "Beyincé" obviously being the original title that was changed last minute, (it's on the spine too?!) the missing tracks were THE songs that made this a Bey album and not a country album. Listening to this version actually made me dislike it. The poor, low-quality packaging is the final salt in the wound.
