I notice quite a lot of distortion throughout this pressing, as if it was mastered too hot. I cleaned the LP and even lowered the tracking force on my turntable, but the distortion persisted. It is most easily heard on Death Valzer, which is just solo acoustic piano and should, in theory, have no distortion at all. It's not even a "loud" track.
Has anyone else noticed this, or do I somehow have a bad copy?
