Searching for the record only if anyone has it I’ll be willing to pay a good price.

One variation to note: I’ve seen a copy with the number “21” stamped in the runout groove to side 1 (instead of “22”). Everything else identical to matrix info provided above (which mistakenly mis-reads the “side1” and “side2” etchings in the runout groove).

my copy has curious issues, pitch change towards the end of the gift, pitch change and slower tempo towards the end of Lady Godiva, and more peppered throughout the album,, still MONO is a worthy listen! the biggest differences between this and stereo are most evident in The Gift, Here She Comes and Sister Ray.

Pretty sure the matrixes are Side1 and Side2, not S1021 and S1022. At least they sure look like that to me.
I'd try and edit the release info, but I've never had any luck with that.
