Spectacular album. Recently discovered and in love. The listening is exceptional. Precise, dynamic, delicate and well-structured. Wonderful. -

Tokyo Special is a great introduction to the more mellow side of Japan "City Pop". Kimiko Kasai flirts with genres such as Soul, Funk & Jazz and deliver an amazing and accessible take on those vibes. -
Love listening to this album on lonely evenings. A classic jazz piece. Even better on vinyl.
