This makes joy division look like the chuckle brothers . Sitting listening to this on a Sunday morning. Lionel Ritchie it is not. Meaty production and uncompromising. 1st edition and like nothing else in my collection, including y in dub which again begets comparison.
My first review on discogs. -
i once had a copy that i purchased still sealed from Blacklist Mailorder in 1987 that was a USA Rough Trade pressing. but it had no red lyric insert. this leads me to believe that there are more US pressings than listed here. unfortunately, i sold this particular copy about 10 years ago so i no longer have it to check matrix etchings, etc. i would assume it was overstock from a few years before i actually bought it, but , again, it did not have a separate red lyric insert.
