"Hashem Tamid" is an alter ego of long time Israeli singer & TV figure Yair Nitzani, which originated in a radio comedy show from the mid-80s. A Side title translates for - "Hashem is not ours, Hashem is not alone and is surely not anybody's friar". The name "Hashem Tamid" is a play on words - "Hashem" (actually "Hashim") is a common Arabic name, and with a slightly different pronunciation, means "Guilty" in Hebrew. "Tamid" means "Always" in Hebrew, so it's an Arabic name, but it also means "the one who always gets blamed". "Friar" is a yiddish word that means "Sucker"
