- "These Boots" is a parody of Lee Hazlewood's refusal to grant the group the rights to re-release the version with its altered lyrics intact.
- The booklet has introductory paragraphs written by Mustaine, Ellefson, and Anthrax. The songs are annotated by Mustaine and Ellefson.
- Dedicated to the memory of Gar Samuelson.

Superior to original release but not perfectly remixed,still with some issues to be fixed.
Despite the production this is great thrash record from really brilliant musicians.
Mr.Mustaine shows clearly that he is on the top of the game.
Only minus is censored version of These Boots but I can live with it.
