I love disco, soul, r&b but I loathe this record.The vocals and production are good but the material... 2nd rate generic 70s mush at best. I've never understood the appeal of Float On and its massive appeal- no2 in the US and No1 in the UK. They followed the hit up with a truly horrendous version of You Don't Have to Say You Love Me. This album is best avoided!
