Comes with an obi strip with ¥2,000 printed on it (not sticker). ¥2,000 Is also printed on the lower left corner of the rear sleeve.
This record company, Nippon Phonogram Co. Ltd., Tokyo, credits Philips as the label for it features the generic blue label on the vinyl & reads SFX-7203 (VO-6) Made in Japan. Like the original UK version this also comes in a gatefold sleeve, however instead of the credits being printed over a black background with logo & cross, the Japanese release features a white background with the track list in English with Japanese titles and durations, liner notes in Japanese by Yutaka Sakurai along with the English lyrics(obviously transcribed by ear due to many mistakes)
The record itself is black translucent with looking with a strong light.
Track B1 is a Crow cover and track B3 is an Aynsley Dunbar Retaliation cover.

Evil Woman spelled as "Evi Woman" on the label
