One might expect a Newsagent instalment series to be average at best but it’s not the case all of the DeAgostini LP’s be they The Beatles , Dylan or this Jazz set have been bar a few warped discs (probably more to do with how the records are sent out than the manufacturing as they are treated as magazines) very good and cheaper and often better than the equivalent releases in the shops, and in the case of these jazz recording vastly superior to the awful DOL releases that are similarly priced in record shops.
