For Domestic (U.S) orders we ship USPS Media Mail with Tracking ($4.99) Priority Mail runs around $10.00 Depending on the Package Weight
Insurance and Shipping Upgrades (Express, Delivery Confirmation, Etc.) are available Upon Request
Returns and/or Refunds on Damaged Items/Boxes will be refused unless insurance was purchased on the package.
RAT TOWN RECORDS are not responsible for items damaged in transit when they Leave Us.

Shipping is calculated at the time of order and based on weight. USPS has once again issued a rate increase as of January 1st 2024. We will get you the best International Shipping Rate available.
International orders are shipped USPS First Class International, Priority International, or Express International. Any Overseas/International Upgrades are available on request.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST IN FOREIGN (NON-US) POSTAL SYSTEMS.

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. All "Opened" records will be shipped with the Vinyl in the dust sleeve Outside of the Jacket. If you purchase a "Sealed" Record and want it shipped with the Vinyl outside the jacket let us know. If not the record will be shipped in the "Sealed" Condition.
RETURNS and REFUNDS:
NO Sealed Records will be accepted for a Return or Refund. We are not responsible for the vinyl condition in a "Sealed" Record.
All other Refunds/Returns will be considered!
