Due to increased shipping costs domestically and worldwide, there is a $11 order minimum to keep shipping charges low. We are not able to reduce the minimum order amount at this time.

We cannot guarantee that SEALED items will reveal exact vinyl color, condition or pressing. We do our best, but if you have a critical concern about a release, please let us know before payment, as we can confirm what we know about a release before we ship it. More information may have been added to the listings to differentiate these details. We can help you locate a preferred variation or condition. Otherwise, it is a waste of time, money and energy for everyone.

If you have packing or shipping preferences, please state them at the time of payment We will use the order page to quickly answer your questions and concerns. We pack and records based on weight, size, age of title, materials used for pressing/printing , distance to buyer, and other factors based on our experience. We try hard to be efficient and effective without wasting materials or postage. We do NOT always remove records from sleeves. And we do not include a plastic sleeve with orders. Uninsured shipments are not subject to damage reimbursement.

For large or expensive orders, we strongly recommend insurance using standard USPS parcel delivery. We cannot be responsible for uninsured shipments. If you wish to add priority shipping or insurance, simply select during checkout. We begin the shipping process almost immediately. All orders will be shipped within 2 business days (Monday through Friday), and at most, 3 days for international shipments (because of required forms and packaging).

All items shipped USPS media mail within the US, items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment is received and tracking number will be provided (WITHIN THE UNITED STATES).

We are no longer able to ship internationally outside of North America due to platform changes on Discogs, PayPal and ShipStation. We continue to seek shipping solutions to ship, track, and service international customers.

CANADA:
We update our Canada shipping costs directly and should be seen automatically on the Discogs estimator. Prices have ranged between $11-15 for the first disk, and approximately $3 per additional disk. us with questions. We don't make up the shipping costs, please understand that we must limit offers based on regular changes to international trade agreements.

Common delays in shipment may occur when:
1) Discogs, Paypal networks are slow.
2) The Discogs name and/or address are different from Paypal's shipping information.
3) Your payment has been delayed from the original order by longer than a one business day.
4) Your international order does not correspond with country shipping laws (nudity, obscenity or religion, etc).
5) Special instructions related to packing, inserts, add-ons or labeling.

As necessary, records are cleaned professionally on a V.P.I.

Grading process: we try very hard to grade conservatively using the Discogs industry standard. Except in very few circumstances, we do not sell vinyl that is not at least VG+, hopefully guaranteeing an amazing listening experience. We visually inspect all parts of the record package multiple times including before it is shipped. We also play test many titles, and make note of that in our descriptions. NM+ media means a flawless, like new, vinyl record not requiring liquid cleaning. VG+ media means an excellent listening experience that may have required liquid cleaning, and upon visual inspection may have inaudible scuffs, marks or prints. Covers, sleeves, inserts and labels are harder to grade because printing, packaging and storage standards are often so varied. If you have questions, please ask at any time in the purchasing process.

Vinyl valued over $50 is play tested, under $50 is visually graded. All grades are conservative and note strict guidelines to playability. seller if you feel the grading was not accurate and we will work out something. We package everything tightly and with plenty of cushion and labels. Large parcels are packed in over cushioned boxes.
