Our main desire is to share the music that es through our collection to yours traveling around the world meeting new people and listening music. We hope you enjoy our selection. SHIPPING POLICY We ship a couple of days a week and shipments range between 3 and 7 days (Tuesdays and Fridays)
We have two types of shipping:
- Standard - Ordinary - Without tracking code. It is our most popular type of shipping. Most of our customers choose this shipping method, since we have hardly had any incidents.
-Certificate- ed - With tracking code. It is a little more expensive but you will be able to follow the status of your shipment and receive notifications in many cases.
NON EU BUYERS:
Before we ship to your location, we would like to remind you that your package is subject to taxation upon entry to your country. Vinylradar have no control over any of these additional taxes, duties, VAT, or import fees that are incurred by the shipment. The receiver shall pay any and all costs associated with the shipment. If you refuse shipment and your package is abandoned, you will not receive a refund and you will be charged for return shipment.
MONEY RETURNS
Most of the shipments arrive without problems and in the case of loss we can find a solution. Please, before issuing a negative evaluation, we would love to find a solution that satisfies both parties. Our main reason for being in this is our love for music, not for money.
Attention: Most of our customers choose standard shipping instead of ed shipping without incidents. However, if an incident occurs during standard shipping, since we do not have a tracking number, we cannot be responsible for unwanted losses and the responsibility will be the buyer.
CD´s sleeves are graded without counting the jewell case, just the inner . CD's can be shipped without jewel cases - often at a much lower shipping rate. Let us know if you want us to ship this way and we will tell you the exact rate for your parcel.
