Please keep in mind that even if I have a large inventory, this is my personal collection that I'm selling. I don't have a store, nor a business. I try my best to ship fast, but it could take a few days before I can ship.

Possible Canada Post Strike

I won't ship with Canada Post until the situation on an imminent strike is clearer. So I temporarily removed my Letter mail option. I will also only ship with other transporters, either Purolator or UPS. Stallion Express has some other options as well. They'll transport packages locally and give them to UniUni, Intelcom, Puro, UPS or even USPS. I can only go there on Fridays or Sundays though. Don't hesitate to communicate with me for more info.

Item details

I sell my items using barcode when there's one. However, if you need something specific, like a matrix number, please ask. I don't always check that and information could be modified by someone after I put my item for sale. I won't accept returns for this reason if you haven't asked before.

Japanese items

All my japanese cds and lps are genuine, not fakes from China or Russia. OBIs are included unless stated.

Shipping

IMPORTANT for Canada: For cds, dvds and blu rays, if you chose lettermail, please be aware it is at your own RISK if the item gets lots. I offer it because I understand you won't want to pay a big price for shipping for a low cost item. If I start having claims, I'll have to remove this option.

I now have access to Stallion Express which often has much lower shipping rates than others. They use different transporters within Canada and internationally. I can give you a price for this but I can only ship on Fridays and Sundays.

Discogs has made it mandatory to put shipping policies that covers any kind of order for every country we ship to. I tried to estimate the costs but the real costs will probably be less than what appears. This is especially true for Canada if you're in QC or ON as I estimated for BC since it's the highest cost. So here's how I'll work around this:

1) You can write me and ask for the real shipping cost by telling me what you want to order and your country and postal code or zipcode.
2) If I realize the shipping for an order is more than was calculated, I'll you to see if you agree to pay the difference or you prefer to cancel the order. I'm sorry but I'm selling my own collection and can't afford losing money over shipping costs.
3) International buyers: It's almost impossible to estimate for other countries than USA and Canada. Please me with the items you want to buy, your country and postal code. I'll calculate the shipping for you.

Customs
------------
For customers outside Canada, I declare the real amount so the package can be fully insured. It is your responsibility to pay taxes and custom fees when they apply. I can ship through standard mail or UPS or even other services depending which costs less. Companies like UPS are custom brokers and have their own fee. If you absolutely want standard mail, please let me know. Please don't send me complains about that after!

Returns
------------
I don't accept returns unless a proof of a problem is sent. Buyer pays for return shipping.
