NO order cancellations once payment has been made. Doing so increases our overhead costs and raises prices for everyone else, so make sure your order is both complete and correct prior to placing it. Please us first if you have questions... we will respond!
Unless stated otherwise, items are previously used and sold in "as-described" condition. We do our best to grade and describe every item as accurately as possible, however if you are dissatisfied with with your order in any way we will make every effort to correct the situation. As no one appreciates the surprise of neutral or negative , please us first (per Discogs' policy) and within seven (7) days of delivery. Civil and respectful correspondence is essential to reaching a quick and hassle-free resolution.
In accordance with Discogs and PayPal , item(s) must be returned to us in order for a refund to be considered. Buyer pays return shipping costs. Provided a returned item is the same item in the same condition as when it left our shop originally, we will either ship a replacement or issue a refund.
NO refunds will be given on sealed items which have been opened by the buyer. Sealed records are assumed to be unplayed and flawless, and therefore are graded as such (i.e., Mint (M)). We may (at our discretion) open sealed items upon request and we do open some at time of listing in order to confirm the pressing and/or condition ‒ this is always noted in the item description. We do not give refunds on items that are marked VG or graded lower. We do clean our records that are graded VG, meaning its still very playable and enjoyable but NO refunds are given on item under a VG+ plus gratings.
Unless an item's description explicitly states that it includes an original inner sleeve, lyric sheet, poster, sticker or any other "extra", it should be assumed these will not accompany your purchase. If there is any doubt whatsoever, please ask (don't assume!). Please also note that images are only representative of the item and are not of the actual item we have listed for sale.
"Gold Stamped" indicates the item was originally a promotional item. They are also frequently "cutouts", having either a saw-cut or hole punch through the outer jacket, or even a drill hole through the jacket and label area of the vinyl. We attempt to note these markings whenever possible.
At times we use industry-standard acronyms in our descriptions (see list below). Please us before placing your order if there is any question regarding how we have graded a particular item.
