Please when Discogs shows you a weight for a record it does not include the mailer weight which adds an additional 150 grams or 5 ounces.
Here's an approximate formula you can use as a guide for shipping costs:
LPs (10"s also ship at about this rate)
CANADA: $21 up to two LPs / $31 for 3 LPs
MEXICO: $22 up to two LPs / $32 for 3 LPs
EUROPE/UK: $24 1 LPs / $32 for 2 LPs /42 3 LPs
ASIA/AUSTRALIA: $24 1 LPs / $32 for 2 LPs /42 3 LPs
SOUTH AMERICA: $26 1 LPs / $32 for 2 LPs /42 3 LPs
In most cases, 2 LPs ship under 2lbs. However, if either of the 2 LPs have gatefold/deluxe covers or 180G weight records, its likely that the package will weigh more than 2lbs.
Air Mail to many (but not all) countries includes basic tracking/delivery confirmation. Additional tracking is available via Priority Mail or Express Mail.
Double LPs count as two LPs. Box sets and oversize items will incur additional shipping charges.
All LPs are shipped in mailers made specifically for vinyl. To prevent seam splits, the vinyl in its inner sleeve will be placed outside of the cover.
ALL SHIPMENTS are quoted with uninsured shipping. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit unless you request to purchase insurance! If you want insurance added to your order, it is available for an extra fee, which varies depending on the value of the contents - just ask and we will be happy to give you a quote!
