If significant noise occurs on one or more tracks on a VG+ disc, this is noted in the description note.
There are no items d that feature a needle jump.

Mint (M)
Absolutely perfect in every way. Certainly never been played, possibly even still sealed.

Near Mint (NM or M-)
A nearly perfect record. A NM or M- record has more than likely never been played, and the vinyl will play perfectly, with no imperfections during playback. The record should show no obvious signs of wear. An LP cover should have no creases, folds, seam splits, cut-out holes, or other noticeable similar defects.

Very Good Plus (VG+)
A Very Good Plus record will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it. Defects should be more of a cosmetic nature, not affecting the actual playback as a whole. Record surfaces may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experiences. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are "OK". The label may have some ring wear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable. Spindle marks may be present. Picture sleeves and inner sleeves will have some slight wear, slightly turned-up corners, or a slight seam split. An LP cover may have slight signs of wear, and may be marred by a cut-out hole, indentation, or cut corner. In general, if not for a couple of minor things wrong with it, this would be Near Mint.

Very Good (VG)
Many of the defects found in a VG+ record will be more pronounced in a VG disc. Surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft ages and during a song's intro and fade, but will not overpower the music otherwise. Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as with light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound. Labels may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached. The same will be true of picture sleeves or LP covers. However, it will not have all of these problems at the same time.

Good (G), Good Plus (G+)
A record in Good or Good Plus condition can be played through without skipping. But it will have significant surface noise, scratches, and visible groove wear. A cover or sleeve will have seam splits, especially at the bottom or on the spine. Tape, writing, ring wear, or other defects will be present. While the record will be playable without skipping, noticeable surface noise and "ticks" will almost certainly accompany the playback.

Novo (M)
Absolutamente perfeito em todos os sentidos. Certamente nunca foi tocado, alguns ainda selado.

Quase Novo (NM ou M-)
Um disco quase perfeito. É mais do que provável que um disco NM ou M nunca tenha sido tocado e o vinil tocará perfeitamente, sem imperfeições durante a reprodução. O disco não deve mostrar sinais óbvios de desgaste. Uma capa de LP não deve ter vincos, dobras, costuras divididas, furos recortados ou outros defeitos semelhantes visíveis.

Muito Bom Mais (VG+)
Um disco Very Good Plus mostrará alguns sinais de que foi tocado e manuseado por um proprietário anterior que cuidou bem dele. Os defeitos devem ser mais de natureza estética, não afetando a reprodução real como um todo. As superfícies de gravação podem apresentar alguns sinais de desgaste e apresentar arranhões leves ou arranhões muito leves que não afetam a experiência auditiva. Pequenas distorções que não afetam o som são "OK". O selo pode apresentar algum desgaste ou descoloração no anel, mas deve ser quase imperceptível. Uma capa de LP pode apresentar leves sinais de desgaste e pode estar danificada por um furo, reentrância ou canto cortado. Em geral, se não fosse por algumas pequenas imperfeições, seria Near Mint.

Muito bom (VG)
Muitos dos defeitos encontrados em um disco VG+ serão mais pronunciados em um disco VG. O ruído superficial ficará evidente durante a reprodução, especialmente em agens suaves e durante a introdução e final de uma música, sem encobrir a música. O desgaste das ranhuras começará a ser perceptível, como acontece com arranhões leves (profundos o suficiente para serem sentidos com a unha) que afetarão o som. O selo pode estar manchado por escrita ou ter fita adesiva ou adesivos (ou seus resíduos) colados. O mesmo se aplica às capas de LP. Porém, não terá todos esses problemas ao mesmo tempo.

Bom (G), Bom Mais (G+)
Um disco em condição Good ou Good Plus pode ser reproduzido sem pular. Mas terá ruído superficial significativo, arranhões e desgaste visível das ranhuras. Uma capa terá costuras divididas, especialmente na parte inferior ou na lombada, bem como marca circular muito evidente causada pelo volume do disco. Fita, escrita, desgaste do orifício central ou outros defeitos estarão presentes. Embora o disco possa ser reproduzido sem saltos, ruídos superficiais perceptíveis e "tiques" quase certamente acompanharão a reprodução.
