From 2017 on there will only be ed shipment to !!! I'm fed up with French Postal Services that seem to take great pleasure in destroying as many parcels as possible. Truly sorry, but I want some insurance. It already has cost me a lot of money!
From november 2018 on there will only be ed shipping to Brazil. Apparently the partner of the Dutch Postal Service in Brazil doesn't accept regular shipping, they simply ship it back without trying to deliver at the address given. They demand an S10 code which is only available if shipped ed!
From november 2021 on there will only be ed shipping to Israel. Too many parcels get lost.
I give the option to choose between normal/regular shipment and ed/insured with track and trace. When buyer does not reply I will choose ed shipment!
During the month of August and December there may be some delay in communication and shipment due to the holiday season!!

Rating of records/cd's is always conservative!
Usually the records are graded after careful listening. In a few cases records are graded visually. If so, it is always stated clearly and customers are always explicitely asked to me before purchase to get a more accurate and specified grading!
Records will be shipped in free plastic outer sleeves (unless the format doesn't fit)!!
CD's grading does not involve the jewel case/box itself, since that can be easily replaced by a new one. Obviously, it does involve the box if that is a part of the sleeve/artwork, as is the case with digipacks and other special packages!!!
