We ship worldwide by ed airmail with a tracking number, & whenever possible under 48hr.
All parcels are professionally packed in proper LP cardboard mailers. Larger orders or orders of Singles /EP's will be packed accordingly to the size of the records.
It is also possible to pick up records locally in Vienna, by appointment.
Most of our records are cleaned on an Okki Nokki Vacuum cleaner and graded visually. Some are play-graded and all records will have a careful and accurate description of grading. We grade conservatively based on the goldmine grading system. All records are kept and shipped in a protective plastic sleeve.
All records are sent out of their sleeve to avoid seam splits, except sealed records.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically when you place the order.
Please note: If you purchase an item and then realize that you don't want to proceed with the order, it's ok, we will cancel it in very instance except when the payment has been done. If you purchase an item and pay for it, it becomes more difficult to cancel, because as soon as an item is paid for, we initiate the shipping process, which includes packing, deleting from stock, filling customs forms etc.. We ask for your understanding in this regard.
