All items are graded conservatively using the Goldmine Grading System for reference. For each item, I do my best to describe, in detail, any flaws that are present because I want you to be confident in your purchase and satisfied with what you receive. I do not usually grade standard/generic LP/7"/10" poly outer sleeves, standard/generic LP/7"/10" paper inner sleeves, CD jewel cases, or cassette cases, because they are easily replaceable and they do not affect the value of an item, but I will note in the item description if there is an obvious flaw and/or excessive wear.

A note about grading: Although there is a defined grading standard, the application of the standard can vary from person to person. It's the human factor. Surely you have experienced this as a buyer; I know I have. I am definitely more detail-oriented and picky when it comes to my assessments and, therefore, some of my grades might actually skew toward the next highest grade. That said, I do not purposely undergrade to "avoid disappointment," as I have seen some folks . A disclaimer like that is kind of weird, oddly defeatist, and pretty much says, "I don't really know what I'm doing." The goal should be to grade accurately every time. That's what I strive to do.

Payment is expected within 4 days of receiving an invoice. Please make sure you review the address you have on file in PayPal before paying to be sure it is accurate and current. It is very easy to update your address in PayPal and/or add alternate shipping addresses, if needed (i.e., if you want to buy an item for a friend and want it shipped directly to them instead of to you). Please let me know if you have questions about the process before you pay and I'll do what I can to walk you through it. I can only ship to the address shown in PayPal.

Discogs rolled out a new requirement for sellers to have in place an automated "shipping policy" that went into effect on November 1, 2020. What this means is that you can expect to see shipping charges automatically tacked on based on the type and size of your order. While it sounds simple enough, it's really not. Because of this change, I am temporarily suspending shipments to other countries via Discogs. However, I am open to shipping anywhere, so if you live outside the USA and see something you would like to buy, please get in touch and we can try to work out something.

If you have a shipping question--for example, if you would like to have your package insured, if you would like your package shipped via ed Mail, or if you are placing a larger order and would like to discuss alternative shipping arrangements--please ask before you pay.

Orders placed Monday-Friday usually ship within 24 hours. If I can get it out the same day, I will. If you place an order on a weekend or postal holiday, your item will ship the next business day. I will reach out to you if there is an unexpected shipping delay and make sure you know as much as I do.

All packages ship uninsured unless otherwise noted. Although I do not anticipate any problems getting your order to you safely and securely, I will do my best to resolve a problem if a problem materializes. However, I will not be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. If you are concerned about loss or damage in transit, then I encourage you to consider paying for your package to be insured.

All vinyl will ship outside the sleeve/jacket to reduce the possibility of ring wear/seam splits while in transit, unless the item is sealed. If the item is sealed, I can open it and remove the LP for shipping purposes, if you prefer. Please include a note to this effect with your order if that's what you would like me to do.
